The Associate Respiratory Therapist is expected to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of contemporary Respiratory Therapy principles. The Associate Respiratory Therapist should be a solid performer who is fully competent in all aspects of his/her job description.

Required Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree - AMA accredited school of Respiratory Therapy or,
- Bachelor's Degree - AMA accredited school of Respiratory Therapy.
- Montana Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- CRT with less than 5 years experience, must obtain RRT within 6 months of hire; Or
- 5 years - CRT and no RRT requirement
