COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM)
- Total Compensation $340,000 with clinical experience
- Sign-on Bonus and possible housing stipend if you live in the county
- Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage + Nevada Public Employees' Retirement System (PERS) $36.75%
- PTO: 3 weeks + sick time is accrued + 12 Paid Holidays
- CME: 5 days for $3,000
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Family Medicine (FM) - Outpatient clinic only with bread and butter cases; hospital has Dragon Dictation Software
- Schedule: 4-day workweek with 4 hours a week for administrative time
- No weekends, on-call, or no after-hours coverage
- Student Loan Repayment: Allen County, Indiana has a HPSA score of 21 for Primary Care
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine (FM) - Board Eligible or Board Certified is accepted
- Will consider Visa Candidates at this time
- Open to late-career physicians
- Good bedside manners, warm personality, compassionate with patients
