Executive Assistant to provide strategic administrative support to the Company's Chief Executive Officer. This role requires a resourceful problem-solver professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates executive needs, and navigates complex priorities with discretion and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a high level of professionalism. This role will be responsible for a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO at our corporate headquarters in Vancouver, WA.

Key Responsibilities: - Scheduling and calendar management including appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
- Screen incoming telephone calls and emails; take and deliver accurate messages; respond to requests by gathering and providing information and referring non-routine calls to the appropriate staff.
- Meeting coordination including organization, preparing agendas, distributing materials and taking minutes.
- Travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Project support by assisting with special projects and initiatives, conducting research and preparing reports and presentations.
Requirements :
- Associate's degree in business management, or related field.
- 5+ years of related experience required working in an executive assistant role supporting C-Level executives.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to accurately perform moderately complex math problems; and strong organizational and time management skills that includes attention to detail and strong follow-up skills to effectively manage competing priorities and tasks.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, math and Excel skills assessment, background check including employment and educational verification, and credit screen.
Compensation: The salary range is $85,000 - $90,000, based on experience and qualifications.
