This highly recognized hospital in Northern California is seeking an Evening Senior Urgent Care PA to provide high-quality, patient-focused care in a dynamic clinical setting. The Evening Senior Urgent Care PA will join a team that is proud to serve a diverse community with both skill and compassion.
The Senior Urgent Care PA will report to a supervising physician and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals across urgent care, emergency, inpatient, and perioperative settings. The Evening Senior Urgent Care PA may also support surgical teams as a first assist and work closely with operational leaders to maintain clinical quality and patient safety.
The urgent care team supported by the Senior Urgent Care PA manages a steady flow of patients in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely treatment and excellent continuity of care. With access to exceptional physicians, experienced nurses, and highly skilled technicians, the Senior Urgent Care PA will be part of a collaborative and professional care team that values efficiency and patient-centered outcomes.
The Senior Urgent Care PA will balance clinical responsibilities with operational support. Clinical duties may include comprehensive assessments, diagnostic testing, suturing, wound care, perioperative support, and patient education. Operationally, the Senior Urgent Care PA may help facilitate admissions, discharges, transfers, and performance improvement initiatives, while also serving as a mentor to less experienced Physician Assistants.
