We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Global Commercial team and provide professional administrative and clerical support to two-three VP level leaders at Levi's. In this role reporting into the Vice President, Commercial Operations, you will manage complicated schedules and travel booking, maintain strong internal relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment.
About the Job - Act as a liaison to other corporate groups on administrative issues.
- Excellent management and maintenance of multiple confidential schedules; coordinate travel as-needed.
- Handle information requests in a timely manner.
- Perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence and arranging meetings.
- Track and order office supplies.
- Create and update business documents using various software applications,
- Masterfully meet all expected deadlines (or earlier!).
- Thoroughly understand the activities and objectives within the department.
- Independently make sound decisions and judgment calls on behalf of senior level leaders.
About You - Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant.
- Self-starter who is innately eager to help and proactive in approach.
- Knowledge and proficiency with MS Office applications and expense reporting systems.
- Extremely strong customer service orientation with the desire to work quickly and efficiently
- Effective interpersonal and organizational skills; especially when it comes to working directly with senior level leaders.
- Must demonstrate a positive, helpful demeanor and a passion and interest in LS&Co.
This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $79,200 - $105,600 per year We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
