THE JOB

Strategically manage complex calendars, arrange meetings, and schedule appointments
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
Handle incoming & outgoing communications with discretion, confidentiality, and urgency
Process expense reports and invoices
Research and implement new administrative processes to enhance productivity
Event planning and coordination, including team offsites and external meetings

ABOUT YOU:
You're naturally proactive and adept at managing conflicting priorities. You always strive for excellence and proudly operate as the guiding force behind a company's successOn top of these characteristics, you'll need to have:

5+ years experience supporting a VP, or similar high-level executive directly in an Executive Search Firm, Recruiting or Staffing firm
Experience with Thrive TRM is a must
Discretion and maturity to work with sensitive information
Adaptability to manage shifting schedules and changing priorities
High-quality written English with a discerning eye for detail and confident communication skills
Bachelor's Degree
