Description
This position will be working 32 hours/week.
The Dietitian provides nutrition assessment, counseling, and planning upon inter-disciplinary team (IDT) referral for participants identified as being at nutritional risk according to established screening protocol or as ordered by physician. Monitor and document the participant's response to mode of nutritional therapy used.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition OR
- Bachelor's Degree in Field other than Nutrition, with Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD) and Coursework/Training and Coordinated Program in Dietetics Completed an Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) – accredited supervised practice: Dietetic Internship Program or Individual Supervised Practice Pathway
- Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: Washington Dietitian Certification OR
- Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: Washington Nutritionist Certification
- Upon hire: National CDR Registered Dietitian - Commission on Dietetic Registration
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Nutrition or other related field
- 1 year of Clinical dietitian working with a geriatric population
