The Opportunity

We’re partnering with one of the world’s most dynamic FMCG brands to recruit a Senior Procurement Manager, a role that sits right at the heart of global sourcing and innovation.

With a £200m ingredients portfolio under your ownership, this isn’t just about managing suppliers, it’s about shaping strategy, driving value, and influencing how products are made and enjoyed worldwide.

You’ll operate across an extensive global supply network, navigating commodity markets, building powerful third-party relationships and setting strategies that directly impact the commercial success of the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead category strategy for ingredients across international markets, delivering security, resilience, and competitive edge.
Negotiate at the highest level, managing multi-million-pound tenders and contracts with global suppliers.
Anticipate and adapt to commodity market trends, transforming insights into forward-thinking sourcing strategies.
Shape supplier partnerships that drive innovation, sustainability and long-term growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leaders across procurement, supply chain and operations, influencing at every level.
Troubleshoot with agility, ensuring supply continuity and mitigating risk in a fast-paced, global environment.

What You’ll Bring

A strong track record in direct procurement within a blue-chip FMCG or multinational business.
Proven expertise in ingredients or raw material sourcing, with exposure to global supply chains.
Comfort and confidence working in complex, matrixed organisations.
Commercial gravitas - able to handle high-value negotiations and influence senior stakeholders (previous experience in commercial role highly desirable)
A proactive, strategic mindset with the resilience to thrive in a fast-moving, ever-changing category.
