What You Will Do:
- Coordinate with production departments, facility operations, QA to safely repair equipment and return it to operational condition
- Complete regularly scheduled preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety inspections each month
- Carry out repairs and modifications to equipment and facilities as assigned through the email and CMMS work order system
- Complete all assigned documentation and collaborate with maintenance lead to ensure accurate data entry
- Maintain clean and well organized shop environment
Position Details:
- Plant location: Kennesaw, GA Plant
- Work week and shift: 2nd shift Monday - Friday 3:30pm – 12:30am (OT/weekends as required) can be split shift Monday - Friday 11am - 7pm
- Compensation package offered: $28.11 per hour
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4 years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment
- 2 years of hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems within an industrial setting
- 4 years of experience using tools, procedures, and methods relevant to industrial maintenance
- 2 years of experience with HMI and PLC applications in an industrial environment

Physical Demands:
- Ability to perform all required physical tasks
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical exam
Preferred Qualifications:
- Vocational training in plant maintenance with a focus on industrial applications or equivalent job experience in electrical troubleshooting, power distribution, industrial motors, tablet presses, blenders, lifts, carton erectors, conveyors, mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting, machine operations, welding, and fabrication.
- Ability to work in an industrial environment.
- Ability to work within a flexible schedule- split shift and 2nd shift operations.
- Hands-on experience with motors, bearings, electrical safety, forklifts, gears, valves, industrial equipment i.e blenders, presses, case erectors, coding eq etc.
- Experience with CMMS software and PM planning.
- Ability to read electrical prints.
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:
$28.11 ph Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
