Supervisor for a team of Digital Experience Systems Analysts. Lead analysts on the Digital Experience team and their IT projects for the area(s) the team supports. Work with Vice President of Digital Experience and all stakeholders to set priorities to support operations, issue resolution(s) and planned releases. Supervise and perform system updates, testing/coordinating new feature rollouts, and identifying new opportunities within the applications to meet Credit Union growth and strategic goals.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead a team of systems analysts responsible for team member and member facing applications.
- Work with Vice President of Digital Experience and all stakeholders to set priorities to support operations and planned releases.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system issues as reported by end users.
- Support change deployments to production, test, training, and development environments. Ensure proper change control process for production as well as communication.
- Define goals and success measures, inspire team members, and establish meaningful collaboration channels with Product Management, Software Developers, and Infrastructure and other IT teams.
- Manage data collection, analysis, and reporting processes, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of information to support data driven decision making.
- Oversee team's professional development, mentorship, and training.
- Identify and implement enhancements to support process and policy, measure, and report on performance, collect and respond to feedback from the business.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards, ensuring that our operations consistently meet and adhere to all relevant guidelines.
- Manage a subset of operational processes and communications related to the helpdesk.
- Build strong relationships to ensure successful partnerships across the IT department as well as business.
- Keep documentation such as system admin guides and procedures all up to date.
- Ensure that budgets are adhered to, and deadlines are met.
- Keep up to date with technical and industry developments.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business (or related field) required. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience combined with excellent leadership, communication, judgement, and organizational skills and a proven track record of both managing a team and building out processes and operations. Candidate should have their MuleSoft Integration Associate and Security + certifications. Microsoft PowerBI exam PL300 certification is preferred. Must be familiar with corporate IT infrastructure and have a holistic understanding of how an IT support group operates. Some experience with system automation, analytics and reporting, project management, and stakeholders' outreach is preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently. Demonstrate the ability to manage projects and lead project teams.

Logical, process-oriented thinker with a natural sense of urgency. Ability to lead complex IT projects. Good interpersonal and client-handling skills with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical details. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union.
Physical Requirements: - Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, counting cash, etc.).
- Sit for extended periods of time.
- Lift 20-40 pounds of applicable supplies including but not limited to copy paper, cash drawers, marketing material, etc.
- Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers.
- Reach keyboards.
- Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc.).
