Job Title: Senior Project Manager (Construction / Commercial Concrete)
Job Location: Fort Myers, FL
Salary: $150k-$190k
Requirements: 7+ Years Experience as a concrete Project Manager
With 40+ years in business, we are a well established contractor and have a wide range of construction projects with a heavy presence in the Fort Myers area.
We are currently hiring for an experienced Project Managers with a strong background on concrete construction projects. We are mostly focused on projects related to structural Concrete / Tilt-walls. However, we are open to horizontal concrete Project Managers

What You Will Be Doing

Project Management - planning and coordinating all aspects of the project, including budget, timeline, and resources.
Communicate with construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project progress and quality standards.
Ensure project roles and responsibilities are communicated
Plan and oversee completion of projects

What You Need for this Position

7+ years of experience as a Project Manager
Commercial Concrete
Must be able to read and decipher construction documents
Ability to draft and generate competent daily reports, delay logs, and other jobsite safety paperwork
