Summary:
Facilitates outreach and education efforts to support living donor kidney and liver transplantation through assisting transplant candidates with their living donor campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Supports transplant candidates and their advocates in creating personalized outreach campaigns using social media, digital platforms, email, and in-person storytelling. Delivers education and guidance through in-person visits, phone calls, and structured training sessions.
Coordinates activities related to the Donor Champion program, including scheduling, training, and resource development in alignment with clinical timelines and patient goals.
Conducts program outreach by attending clinic visits, pre-operative classes, and community events. Leads educational sessions.
Tracks program metrics related to campaign activity and transplant outcomes. Reports findings and proposes improvements to optimize reach and effectiveness.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements: - Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Communications, Marketing, Social Work, or Education.
Required Licensure/Certification: None Required.
Minimum Experience: 3 years of relevant experience.
