Physical Therapy Assistants - Home Health Medford

Schedule: Full Time/ Days

Location Coverage: This position will travel/service to Josephine and Jackson counties

Job Description:

Physical Therapy Assistants help provide therapeutic services and activities under the guidance of a Physical Therapist to help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence.

Required Qualifications:

Coursework/Training: Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
Coursework/Training: May require specialized physical therapist assistant training to meet a particular department need. Or equivalent educ/experience.
Upon hire: Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
Upon hire: In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check is required for this position.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
