Travel Nursing Job Details
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1,990 - $2,130 per week
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Location: Voorhees, NJ (with floating to Marlton, Mt. Holly, Willingboro, and OLOL locations)
- Start Date: November 10, 2025
- End Date: February 9, 2026
- Unit: Med/Surg Telemetry Unit
- Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), 3 shifts/week (36 hours/week)
- Patient Ratio: 1:6
- Float Requirement: Willingness to float between multiple South Jersey hospital locations as needed
- Weekend/Holiday Coverage: Every other weekend and holiday required
- Charting System: Epic EMR
- Scrub Color: Navy blue
Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active New Jersey or Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
- Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience (within the last 12 months)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (valid through assignment start date)
- Successful completion of Dysrhythmia test within 72 hours of signing (2 attempts allowed, must be taken on a PC)
- Ability to float to multiple hospital locations within skillset
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
- Ability to complete required labs within 48 hours of signing
- Must be clean shaven for fit testing
- First-time travel nurses accepted but not preferred
Med/Surg Tele RN Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit
- Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms; collaborate with monitor technicians
- Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR
- Float to other units and hospital locations as needed based on staffing and patient census
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
- Adhere to all hospital policies, including infection control and safety protocols
- Demonstrate professionalism and flexibility in a fast-paced clinical environment
