Job Description

American Traveler seeks an experienced RN for a Hospice Clinical Coordinator position in Vermont requiring prior hospice and clinical/administrative experience.

Responsibilities

In-office clinical/administrative role supporting hospice care
Collaborates with the Hospice Clinical Director to coordinate day-to-day clinical operations
Primarily Monday through Friday, day shifts
Occasional on-call coverage may be required
Serves as a clinical resource and mentor for hospice nursing staff
Acts as back-up for the Clinical Director as needed
Preference given to RNs able to commit without requesting time off

Requirements

Active VT or compact RN license required
Minimum one year of hospice and clinical/administrative RN experience
