- Unit: 4-NORTH MED-SURG UNIT
- Job Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN)
- Start Date: October 23, 2025
- End Date: January 22, 2026
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00pm – 7:00am)
- Hours per Week: 36
- Openings Available: 3
- Weekend Coverage: As needed
- Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1,470 - $1,570
Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma
- BLS (AHA) certification required
- NIH Stroke Certification preferred
- At least 1 year of recent medical-surgical nursing experience (minimum 6 months Med/Surg experience required)
- Ability to provide complete work history and permanent address
Med/Surg RN Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care through assessment, nursing diagnosis, and patient care planning
- Collaborate with ancillary nursing staff and multidisciplinary healthcare team members
- Uphold standards for professional nursing practice in a clinical setting
- Provide care to patients across the lifespan, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
- Demonstrate leadership and effective communication within the medical-surgical unit
