Are you a highly driven and analytical Operations Director with a consulting background, eager to scale a high-growth AI start-up? As the Operations Director, you will:

Drive Cross-Functional Coordination across tech, marketing, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of features and campaigns.
Support Strategic Planning by analyzing operational data, managing budgets, and overseeing resource allocation.
Lead Process Optimisation by developing, implementing, and enforcing scalable operational processes that support aggressive growth.
Manage Day-to-Day Operations, including project management and ensuring all departments have the support needed to maximize productivity.

What We're Looking For

6-10 years of experience in operations and cross-functional coordination, with a background in consulting or a similarly high-paced environment.
Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading initiatives with a professional, execution-focused mindset.
Strong analytical abilities and experience in data-driven decision-making.
