Now Hiring: Account Representative
Location: Bluffton, IN
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay: $14.00–$15.00/hour

Position Summary:

A well-established company in the automotive retail and finance industry is seeking an Account Representative to join their Bluffton, IN team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about building strong customer relationships.

What You’ll Do:

Communicate with customers in person and by phone to service and collect on accounts
Maintain accurate records and follow up on past-due accounts
Assist with dealership operations, lot presentation, and field visits
Ensure accounts stay on track through excellent customer service

What We’re Looking For:

1–2 years of customer service or collections experience preferred
Strong communication and organization skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Team-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
