£44,000 – £58,000 plus bonus and benefits
A Planning and Data Analytics Manager is wanted on a permanent basis by a global Engineering client of ours who is at the forefront of their industry and going through a real period of growth. In this role, the successful candidate will lead the team of planners to plan the factory output of orders and maintain planning tools that are fit for purpose.
This is a permanent opportunity that includes a base salary of between £44,000 - £58,000 dependent upon experience and qualifications plus bonuses and benefits.
Overview of the Planning and Data Analyst Manager role:
- Champion and develop internal KPI monitoring systems.
- Interface with the customer centres on commitment and forecast delivery data for customer deliveries of production and spares
- Provide weekly status reports and KPIs showing operational adherence to plan, efficiency and operational metrics via best practice tools.
- Take full ownership and constantly develop the process of effective planning tools & reports.
Key skills required for the Planning and Data Analyst Manager role:
- Thorough experience in ERP
- Previous management/supervisory experience.
- Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills.
