Job Description We are seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to partner with the Chief of Staff to the Chairman and CEO & VP, Head of Public Affairs and Policy. In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to work with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality understanding the priorities of the Chief of Staff and the Chairman and CEO. You will work closely with all executive leadership team members and their key staff to ensure the execution of strategic corporate objectives. You will also engage with key external stakeholders relevant to advancing Sandisk's mission. You will partner closely with the Chief of Staff and Head of Public Affairs and Policy's Key Business Leaders to optimize workflows, communication, and partnerships across the global team. You will participate in special projects and initiatives for the Chief of Staff and Head of Public Affairs and Policy. You will become a core member of Sandisk's C-Suite administrative team having an influential leadership role with the administrative support teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Calendar Management: Own executive calendar; coordinate across senior executives, business partners and team members by prioritizing schedules and qualifying requests. Proactively solicit agendas and manage attendee lists.
- Event Coordination & assist in team building: Assist in the planning and organizing of internal and external meetings, team offsites, and organizational wide meetings.
- Correspondence/Approvals: Function as a proxy for communications and approvals as authorized. Act as a source for general inquiries and refer routine matters to appropriate parties.
- Travel: Manage international and domestic travel. Carefully consider and decide the optimum travel arrangements and itineraries. Process passports and visas.
- Tool Management: Manage expense reports and PO's and become a tool champion of Sandisk's internal tools. Coordinate with executive technical support teams in advance of meetings and events to understand the best technology needed to ensure a successful outcome.
- Provide essential administrative support to the Chief of Staff and Head of Public Affairs, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
- Anticipate needs and identify problems proactively, looking around corners for solutions and using existing resources in problem-solving
- Ability to take initiative and work independently but take direction as needed with a positive attitude
- Provide vacation coverage for other EAs as needed
Qualifications REQUIRED:
- Minimum of 5 years supporting a Vice President / Senior Vice President (equivalent), of a large public company
- Experience working with, or as part of C-suite administrative support staff is preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint.
- Daily presence at the Milpitas office is required, and the role may include infrequent domestic and international travel.
