Position Overview: If you are an Advanced Practice Clinician specializing in Women's Health, dedicated to serving underserved populations, and seeking a competitive salary and a fulfilling quality of life, consider joining the Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic family.
Key Responsibilities: - Clinic Hours: The position follows standard clinic hours, with potential early starts at 7 am. No overnight shifts required.
- Patient Care: Provide high-quality care to in-clinic patients, addressing various women's health issues.
- Surgical Assistance: Serve as the first assist for our providers during surgeries and C-sections. Responsibilities include surgery prep, retraction, controlling bleeding, suturing/closing, and direct collaboration with OB surgeons.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with OB surgeons during most surgeries requiring an assist, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
- Skills: Strong surgical skills, including retraction, bleeding control, and suturing. Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
Who we are looking for: - An experienced Advanced Practice Clinician specializing in Women's Health
- Previous experience in a surgical setting is preferred, but not mandatory.
- A healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations
Position Details :
- Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community
- Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care
- 1.0 FTE ( 40 hours a week with 34 hours of clinical and 6 hours of admin time)
- EMR system is EPIC
- Clinic Operational Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 6:00 pm
Position highlights: - Base Compensation: $132k - $144k. Additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures should be expected.

Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must complete a Master's or Doctoral Degree -Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree - Physician Assistant or Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and a two-year Physician Assistant training program.
