💰 Pay Package Offered
Total Hourly Pay: $61.46/hr
- Taxable (W2): $18.00/hr
- Non-Taxable Stipend: $43.46/hr
Weekly Gross Pay: $2,212.50/week
- Taxable (W2): $648.00/week
- Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,564.50/week
Hours per Week: 36 hrs
Shifts: PM/AM
📋 Job Requirements
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience with travel, or 3 years without travel experience.
- License:
- Active Tennessee RN License or Compact License (required at submission; no exceptions).
- Certifications:
- BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, STABLE (all required).
- Travel Experience: Required.
- Charting System: Cerner (preferred).
- Local Rule: Must live 100+ miles from the facility (strict).
- Vaccines:
- COVID-19: Not required.
- Flu: Required – No exemptions.

Patient Ratios: 1:4 (Days/Nights/Weekends)
Beds: 14 total
Daily Census: 12
Unit Type:
Level 1 obstetrical service line with Level 2 NICU – includes 6 LDRs, 6 postpartum beds, 1 antepartum bed, 1 triage bed, and 2 C-section suites.

Interdisciplinary Support: Respiratory, Radiology, Social Services, Pharmacy, Interpretation Services.

Base Bill Rate: $85.00/hr
On Call: $3.52/hr
Call Back: 1.25x
Holiday Pay: 1.25x
Orientation: 16 hours (non-billable)

Holiday Work Policy: Travelers must be willing to work 2 of 3 holidays if all fall within the assignment period.

- Former Employees: Must be separated for 1 year to return as a traveler.
- Floating: Possible between like units or campuses within 20 miles.
- Education: ADN accepted (BSN required only for specific Le Bonheur units).
