Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience as an Emergency Room RN
- Strong clinical skills in emergency care and trauma nursing
ER Nurse Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the emergency department, assessing, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients with acute and critical conditions
- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and families to individualize patient care plans
