ICU Nurse Job Details
- Location: Lebanon, New Hampshire 03756
- Assignment Length: 16 weeks

- Healthcare Setting: Cardiovascular Critical Care (CVCC) Unit
- Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM or 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
- Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed
- On-Call: Yes
Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – eligible for New Hampshire healthcare jobs
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)
- At least 1 year of recent ICU or critical care nursing experience
- Proficient in arterial line management
- Preferred: Advanced hemodynamic monitoring, ICP monitoring, ventilator management, pressors/inotropes/vasoactive medications, line insertion/maintenance, post-surgical patient care
- Ability to work rotating day/night shifts in a fast-paced clinical environment
ICU Nurse Responsibilities
- Deliver expert nursing care to critically ill patients in the CVCC unit
- Monitor and manage arterial lines and advanced hemodynamic parameters
- Provide care for ventilated patients and administer vasoactive medications
- Assist with insertion and maintenance of lines, tubes, and drains for post-surgical patients
- Participate in the care of patients with ventriculostomies, lumbar drains, bolts, EVDs, and PA lines
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient safety
