Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active RN license in New York or compact state eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- COVID-19 vaccine not required
- Former North Star Health Alliance staff must have a 6-month gap before travel assignment eligibility
ER RN Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room environment
- Assess, triage, and monitor patients with acute and critical medical conditions
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold hospital safety standards
