5 eight-hour shifts or 4 ten-hour shifts with guaranteed 40 hours per week
1 - 2 OR cases per day -- 5 to 15 total daily patients including ICU and step down
Call rotation 1:3 with occasional weekend rounding
OR cases include CABG, valves, aneurysms, and thoracic procedures
Experience with EVH (Maquet Hemapro) required
Primary duties: OR, floor rounding when not in surgery
ACLS certification required
ACNP candidates only
