TotalBond Veterinary Hospital at Bethel is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to provide leadership and structure to our team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff. With a solid understanding of the veterinary industry, and prior experience overseeing hospital operations, you'll be responsible for leading with clarity, managing multiple priorities, and contributing directly to the ongoing excellence of the hospital and the well-being of the animals we care for.
Come join our growing, vibrant team in the heart of Lake Wylie, SC! TotalBond Bethel is a 7-DVM general practice dedicated to providing excellent standard of care, delivering a high-quality client experience, and fostering a strong, supportive culture.
We're a team of highly experienced doctors-no Urgent Care or ER hours, and only limited Saturday hours. Our hospital offers exceptional mentorship opportunities for:

DVMs through our structured TotalBond Mentorship Program
Technicians through our hospital network and Dallas College partnership
Practice Managers through VPP's Leadership Academies and PM Summits

What to Expect
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, $8,000 Sign-on Bonus, and an annual bonus potential of up to 15% of your base salary.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations, with a primary focus on personnel management, including hiring, training, and development.
Manage Riverbend Veterinary PetCare Hospital operations, including scheduling and inventory management.
Guide and coach colleagues toward continuous improvement, maintaining a strong commitment to the client experience.
Demonstrate initiative in balancing the needs of both the business and the staff.

Qualifications:

Previous management experience in a veterinary setting.
Comfortable working part-time on the floor, both in the back and up front.
Experience executing clinical HR functions, including SOPs, evaluations, and disciplinary action.
Ability to quickly learn and utilize our practice management system, Avimark
