In the Pacific Northwest, we are the biggest Great Clips franchisee. We take great satisfaction in offering one of the best effective wages available (base + comm + productivity + tips). Our average effective wage is between $29-$32/hr. A, though some make more. Practical instruction to ensure your success. A license in cosmetology or barbering is necessary.

Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:

Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)

The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, training is provided)
The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
