Our existing customers allow our stylists to average $20-$40 an hour with bonus incentives, tips and a competitive base wage for a reliable income. We also understand the importance of self-care which is why we offer PTO and a flexible schedule to help you recharge! Must have a current barber/cosmetology license.

Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:

Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, training is provided)
The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
