What Youll Do:

Lead by Example: As Sous Chef, youll manage kitchen standards, lead shifts, and set the tone for our team.
Collaborate: Work closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to create high-end small plates and entrees, paired with a carefully curated cocktail menu.
Maintain Standards: Uphold excellence in kitchen cleanliness, organization, and overall operation.
Be Part of Something Special: With a focus on creativity and quality, you'll be an integral part of our growing community and experience the thrill of a speakeasy-style restaurant where every night feels unique.

Who Were Looking For:

A Self-Starter: We want someone who takes initiative, stays focused, and thrives without micromanagement.
Attitude is Key: A great attitude and openness to learning and growing is essential we're looking for someone humble, energetic, and ready to tackle any task.
Team-Oriented: Must be comfortable working with a diverse and creative team. Bilingual candidates are a plus!
Experience: 2+ years in high-quality restaurants or kitchen environments, with a passion for food and cooking.
Leadership Potential: This position offers growth into a CDC or Executive Chef role we want someone whos eager to rise through the ranks and contribute to our long-term vision.
