Duties Help
- You will provide day to day contract expertise to include communicating with the Contracting Officer, Contractors, Government Technical Point of Contacts, and Sponsors as needed.
- You will monitor contracts, including evaluating and maintaining data and reviewing and verifying invoices.
- You will administer contracts to include required monthly reports, monitoring contractor performance, handling unsatisfactory performance, and entering performance data into the Contractor Performance Assessment Report (CPARS) database.
- You will review and validate costs associated with contract monthly invoices in Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) tool.
- You will research, collate, organize, and evaluate contract data in order to prepare action item responses, populate databases, and prepare reports and presentations in support of the Warfare Systems Department using automated data systems.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent NT-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

Additional information The Secretary of Defense has ordered a department-wide hiring freeze subject to certain limited exceptions. This position is subject to the DoD hiring freeze. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The full performance level of NT-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-13 and GS-14. The salary range shown in the announcement represents all of the positions within the band, including GS-14 equivalent (high grade) positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $134,435).
