Job Description
Join the Lockheed Martin Field Sustainment F-35 Team at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois! As the Field Logistics Support Representative, the selected candidate will serve as the main supply chain logistics liaison for our C-5 internal and external customers and our strategic partners across the C-5 fleet. The selected candidate will function as the Lockheed Martin subject matter expert for fleet supply chain management initiatives and customer engagement. This position will also be responsible for briefing senior level management on key performance indicators and supply chain metrics. Must have strong project management and interpersonal skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
What You Will Be Doing
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Monitor operational aircraft and Planned Depot Maintenance (PDM) scheduling, initiation, and support follow on actions:
• Providing Mission Impaired Capability Awaiting Parts (MICAP) support
• Analyzing and resolving customer-raised Supply Chain Management (SCM) sustainment issues
• Assist the customer with Part Number and/or National Stock Number clarification
• Providing effective material survey support and management of non-conformance/quarantine issues
• Respond to priority customer requests required for mission support, to include after-hours support
• Must be a US Citizen. No Security Clearance prior to start but must be able to obtain a Final Secret Security Clearance.

Basic Qualifications
The following Basic Qualifications are skills that a candidate must possess to be considered for this position:
• At least 8 years experience with Supply Chain Logistics and Inventory Management
• Experience with Mission Impaired Capability Awaiting Parts (MICAP) support, component repair cycle management, and Target Stock Level management
• Experience with data analysis and metrics development, tracking, and reporting
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with data analysis and metrics development
Desired skills
The following Desired Skills are not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart from the other candidates:
• Prior Field Service Rep experience in a PDM environment
• Experience supporting Performance Based Logistics (PBL) or Supply Chain Management concepts and performance requirements
• Knowledge of the following management systems: SAP, GOLDESP, FEDLOG, ILS-S, FEDMALL, FLITES, BLADE, G081, SDR
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $103,700 - $179,860. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
