TNAA TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Portage, Wisconsin.

Job Description & Requirements

Specialty: Home Health
Discipline: RN
Duration: 11 weeks
40 hours per week
Shift: 8 hours, rotating
Employment Type: Travel

UNIT: HOME HEALTH RN
Minimum experience: 2+ years home health experience, preferred. Must have travel experience
Required Certifications: AHA BLS, Active WI or Compact license, Valid Driver's license, OASIS cert a PLUS.

Charting Experience: Oasis required.
