Salary: $110k - $115k/yr.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the go-to resource for Karmak support and troubleshooting across departments.
- Work with Accounting, Sales, Fixed Ops, and Admin teams to ensure business processes run smoothly within Karmak.
- Maintain accurate data through reconciliations, audits, imports/exports, and error resolution.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide financial and operational insight.
- Train users, document best practices, and improve adoption of Karmak tools and workflows.
- Partner with leadership to identify efficiency opportunities and process improvements in Karmak.

Must have skills: - Hands-on Karmak experience with one or more modules (Accounting, Service, Parts, Sales, or Inventory). Reporting & analytics
- Ability to generate, interpret, and deliver reports/dashboards to support business needs. Data accuracy & reconciliation
- Ensuring records are correct, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining clean system data. Process & user support
- Assisting staff, training users, documenting workflows, and optimizing how Karmak is used. Key Responsibilities Serve as the go-to resource for Karmak support and troubleshooting across departments.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is:
$110k - $115k/yr. This role is also eligible for a performance-based incentive plan. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
