Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Port Lavaca, Texas.

Seeking a nurse experienced in rural healthcare
Strong assessment skills required
EFM skills required
Staff must be skilled in all L&D, PP and nursery roles

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

2 person department staffing structure
Housing can be challenging in the area due to construction in the county and tourism
RV travelers have the best housing options
Memorial Medical center is a 25 bed CAH located in Port Lavaca, Texas
Centrally located with 2-3 hour drive to Houston, San Antonio, Austin and Corpus Christi
L&D is Designated Level for Maternal and Neonatal Care
Level one designation
Area has a large transient population due to plant construction in county
EMR is OBIX
Department averages 15-20 deliveries per month
