Radiology Technologist Job Details – Washington, DC

- Healthcare Setting: Short Term Acute Care, Teaching Hospital, EP Lab
- Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 11/10/2025 – End: 2/9/2026)
- Shifts: 3x12-hour shifts per week (Day/Evening: 07:00-19:00 or 11:00-23:00)
- Total Hours per Week: 36
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2130-$2280
- On Call/Weekend Requirement: None
- Floating Requirement: None
- Average Daily Caseload: 18 cases

Radiology Technologist Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in an Electrophysiology (EP) Lab
- Active or pending DC Radiology Technologist license
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, CCI RCES or CCI RCIS
- Preferred certifications: ARRT, Fluoro permit
- Proficiency with Cerner charting system
- Experience with Philips X-Ray, Siemens X-Ray, and GE Micropacer equipment
- Two supervisor references required
- Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
Key Responsibilities in the EP Lab
- Perform and assist with cardiac electrophysiology studies, ablations, and device implants/explants
- Monitor hemodynamics and EKG settings for both inpatient and outpatient procedures
- Set up and operate specialized EP Lab equipment
- Accurately document procedures and patient data using Cerner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care
- Participate in orientation and complete required training modules prior to start
- Maintain sterile field and adhere to all safety protocols
