COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM)

Salary: $300K + Bonus + call pay
Bonus = 40% of gross charges totaling over $420K
Sign on Bonus: $160K day 1
Call paid $125.00 Hr.
CME - $5K +days
Residency Stipend: $30K per year
Retention bonus - 5% of annual salary
Vacation - 6 weeks annually
Holidays - 6 days annually
Relocation - $12K
Health, Dental, Life, Long-Term Disability, FICA - SS and Medicare
403 (b), Retirement plan 5% of salary
Malpractice and Tail

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Family Medicine (FM)

Clinic 8am-5pm M-F
Call rotation 1:5 - IP/ER
No OB required “but” is an option if interested - (C-sections)
Skilled Nursing Facility/Swing beds

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine (FM)

BC or BE within 1 year of employment

NO STATE TAX - South Dakota
