As a trusted partner to our Vice President-level executives, you'll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, organizing meetings, and preparing reports that highlight key business metrics. You'll also help craft impactful presentations and support strategic initiatives that drive our success. In this role, a typical day will look like: - Executive Support: Deliver confidential, high-level administrative assistance to Vice Presidents, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Calendar & Email Management: Organize and maintain complex schedules, inboxes, and priorities for senior leaders.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, lodging, and ground transportation, and manage expense reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
- Meeting & Committee Preparation: Develop agendas, coordinate logistics, and ensure all materials are ready for productive meetings
- Information Gathering: Compile and prepare data, reports, and presentation materials to support strategic discussions and decision-making.
- Correspondence: Draft and manage routine communications with professionalism and clarity.
- Event Planning: Lead logistics for corporate events-ranging from intimate team gatherings to large-scale international functions-both on-site and off-site.
The essential requirements of the job include: - 5+ years of experience providing support to senior executives. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Advanced computer skills across Windows and Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Outlook (email and calendar management), Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience using Apple devices (Macs and iPhones) is a plus.
- Proven organization skills with the ability to deliver accurate, high-quality work on time.
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision in execution.

The compensation range for this role is $40.00 - $44.00 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
