Schedule Details/Additional Information: M-F 8:30 am - 5:00 pm; Occasional rounding on day and evening shifts.
Pay Range $73.90 - $118.25
Major Responsibilities: - Strategic Planning and Execution: The role involves developing, executing, and maintaining a comprehensive language services program, which is a significant responsibility typically associated with senior leadership positions.
- Budget Management: Managing a complex $40M operational budget and seeking cost reduction initiatives indicates a high level of financial responsibility and decision-making authority.
- Leadership and Team Management: Leading a team responsible for implementing technology solutions and developing leaders and cross-functional teams suggests a significant leadership role.
- Partnership and Collaboration: Partnering with multidisciplinary operational and business executives to evaluate and execute strategies indicates a high level of collaboration and influence within the organization.
- Vendor Management: Negotiating, evaluating, and maintaining enterprise vendor contracts is another responsibility that aligns with senior leadership roles.

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required: - Must demonstrate language competency through successful completion of appropriate language assessment. National medical interpreter certification preferred
Education Required: - Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field required.
- Superior bilingual (English/Spanish)
Experience Required: - 7 to 10 years of industry leadership experience required. Experience and use of technology.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: - Excellent planning, prioritization, oral/written communication, interpersonal, problem solving, and presentation skills required.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: - Must demonstrate capacity to be mobile across entire continuum of care throughout large, complex multi-state health system. Local and regional travel may be required as needed to effectively evaluate, implement, and monitor solutions.
