Key Responsibilities of the Medsurg/Tele RN:
Provide direct patient care in a Medsurg/Telemetry unit, monitoring and assessing patients’ conditions.
Administer medications, perform treatments, and document care accurately.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans.
Utilize telemetry monitoring equipment to track and respond to cardiac rhythms.
Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and health management.
Requirements:
Active Ohio RN license.
Minimum of 2 years of recent Medsurg/Tele experience.
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
