Mammography Technologist Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Mammography Technologist or Radiologic Technologist preferred
- Active New Jersey Radiologic Technologist License (pending license accepted)
- ARRT Mammography certification required
- Experience with screening and diagnostic mammograms, stereotactic breast biopsy, and DEXA scans
- Proficiency with HOLOGIC Mammography and DEXA Scan equipment
- Experience with Syngo Radiology Information System preferred
- First-time travelers and experienced healthcare professionals welcome
- Ability to provide recent references from managers or supervisors
- Willingness to complete required healthcare modules during orientation
Key Responsibilities
- Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms, ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Conduct stereotactic breast biopsies and DEXA scans as required
- Operate HOLOGIC Mammography and DEXA Scan equipment efficiently
- Accurately document procedures and patient information using the Syngo Radiology Information System
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory standards in New Jersey healthcare settings
