MS Spanish Teacher

Christian Fellowship School is seeking an individual who is enthusiastic about our mission to provide quality Christian education in a community of grace where students are known and loved.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Middle School Spanish Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis (0.4 FTE). The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Spanish language instruction and a heart for integrating Christian values into their teaching. This teacher will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging, standards-aligned Spanish lessons to middle school students in a manner consistent with Christian values and a biblical worldview.

Key Responsibilities:
Teach middle school-level Spanish, incorporating biblical principles into the curriculum and classroom environment.
Create lesson plans that support language development and cultural understanding in line with school standards and student needs.
Assess student progress through varied assessments and provide timely, constructive feedback.
Communicate regularly and effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school events as appropriate.
Foster a safe, respectful, and spiritually nurturing classroom environment.

Qualifications:
A personal, growing relationship with Jesus Christ and agreement with the school's statement of faith.
Bachelor's degree in Spanish, Education, or a related field (required); advanced degree preferred.
Proficiency in written and spoken Spanish language required; fluency preferred.
Valid teaching certification (or willingness to pursue certification, if applicable).
Prior experience teaching Spanish at the middle school level preferred.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Commitment to Christian education and the integration of faith and learning.

Employment Details:
Part-time position: 0.4 FTE.
Salary commensurate with experience and education level.
