Role: Medical Specialist (For Training Of AI Models)
Location: Fully Remote (Flexible Hours)
Regions: US, EU, UK, NZ, Canada, Australia & Puerto Rico
Compensation: $6,000 - $11,000/Month, Weekly Payout

About the Role:

Are you a medical professional or student (MBBS / Nursing / BDS / BPT / Allied Health) with a passion for advancing AI? Join a visionary healthcare technology team shaping the future of AI in medicine.

We seek qualified clinicians to apply their expertise in training AI systems without leaving clinical practice behind. This freelance role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to impact medical technology innovation globally.

Who Should Apply:

Licensed medical doctors (MD, DO, MBBS)
Nurses, allied health professionals, and medical educators
Practising or retired clinicians
Medical and healthcare students nearing graduation
Professionals dedicated to clinical reasoning and patient care excellence

Key Responsibilities:

Formulate and answer complex clinical questions for AI training datasets
Review AI-generated medical content for clinical accuracy and relevance
Analyse and rate AI outputs to identify improvements and gaps
Contribute expert feedback to enhance AI diagnostic and reasoning capabilities
Collaborate flexibly across projects based on expertise and performance

Qualifications:

Accredited medical degree or relevant clinical qualification
Clinical experience, preferably current or recent practice
Fluent in English (reading and writing)
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
