Associate Dentist – Stafford, Staffordshire

Salary: £50,000.00–£250,000.00 per year (based on experience)

Immediate Start | Full or Part-Time | Family-Run, Modern Dental Clinic

Complete Smiles is a family-run, fully private dental practice with locations across the UK, dedicated to providing exceptional patient care using the latest dental technology. We are excited to welcome a motivated and enthusiastic Associate Dentist to our brand-new clinic in Stafford, where you’ll be joining a supportive team of senior dentists and implantologists.

This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced dentists and newly GDC-qualified clinicians. For those at the start of their careers, this role offers structured mentorship from highly skilled practitioners, along with the benefits of working in a modern, forward-thinking practice.

About the Role

Deliver high-quality general and cosmetic dental care to private patients
Work closely with senior dentists and implantologists to enhance your skills
Flexible working options (3–5 days per week)
Immediate start available in a brand-new clinic environment
Opportunity to develop a strong patient base with steady growth

What We Offer

Salary: £50,000–£250,000 per year (based on experience)

Digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, CBCT, OPG

Requirements

GDC registration (newly qualified or experienced)
Valid DBS check
Strong communication and clinical skills
