We’re supporting a well-established private hospital in the Devon area in search for a dynamic and experienced Imaging Manager to lead their imaging department. With a strong reputation for clinical excellence and a patient-first approach, the hospital is looking for a leader who can drive service delivery, maintain high standards, and contribute to long-term growth.

What are we looking for?
- HCPC Registered.
- BSc in Diagnostic Radiography.
- Significant post-graduate experience in a Senior/Leadership role
- Strong background in MRI, CT and Plain Film is desired.
- The ability to lead and motivate a team of highly skilled Radiographers.
Responsibilities
As Imaging Manager, you will take full responsibility for the strategic, clinical, operational, and financial performance of the Imaging Department. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading day-to-day imaging operations and ensuring a safe, effective, and responsive service
- Managing department budgets and workforce planning
- Driving compliance with clinical governance, regulatory, and safety standards
- Building strong working relationships with radiologists and consultants
- Contributing to wider hospital strategy and development initiatives
- Supporting business planning, revenue optimisation, and service improvement
