Pharmacy Technician – Dorset (Hybrid Role)

About the role:
You’ll work as part of a dynamic PCN team, supporting safe and effective medicines management for patients across the network. The role will involve a mix of on-site and remote working, with flexibility to balance your professional and personal commitments.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting medication reviews and reconciliation
- Assisting in the management of repeat prescriptions
- Providing advice to patients and colleagues on safe, effective medicines use
- Working closely with clinical pharmacists, GPs, and wider healthcare teams
Pay & development:
- £15 per hour (for those without CPPE training)
- Up to £19 per hour (for candidates with CPPE accreditation / experience)
- Structured support and development available for those looking to complete CPPE training and progress to higher pay levels
working pattern:
- Hybrid working (minimum on-site requirement, with flexibility for remote work)
- 2 REMOTE and 3 ON SITE
About you:
- GPhC-registered Pharmacy Technician
- Great communication skills and a team-focused approach
- CPPE-trained candidates welcomed – but we are equally happy to consider those without, with pay reflecting experience
