Residential Support Worker – Children’s Residential Home (EBD)

📍 Ilford, London | 💰 Up to £13.50 per hour + £50 per sleep-in | Permanent

We are looking for Residential Support Workers to join a children’s residential home in Ilford, supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation that is committed to making a real difference in children’s lives.

The Role:

Provide care, support, and guidance to children and young people with EBD.
Help create a safe, nurturing, and supportive home environment.
Encourage independence, life skills, and positive routines.
Work as part of a dedicated team delivering trauma-informed care.
Take part in rota shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.

Pay up to £13.50 per hour.
Sleep-ins paid at £50 per night.

Requirements:

Previous experience in residential childcare, EBD, SEN, or similar roles desirable.
