Principal Associate - Content Marketing
Responsible for managing projects to understand and enhance the communications to customers. Provides recommendations to management on enhancing the customer experience. Leads the creative execution of work streams and provides recommendations on optimizing channels. Documents customer experiences across channels and identifies opportunities. Follows brand and design standards for all communications. Maintains strong business controls and ensures satisfactory audit findings
Responsibilities:
- All Web (SEO, TEN, etc) Content (new & refresh) for Dinersclub.com
- Internal Employee Comm's (employee engagement)
- Marketing Center of Excellence: development of DCI issuer partner spotlights/best practices
- Lead liaison with Intl comms team / PR efforts support
- Webinar Support
- Issue communications for 2026 and all new creative campaign
- Cross Training DCI Brand approvals
- As needed, campaign/creative brief writing
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration and Management, or related Business fields
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing and marketing operations.
- At least 5 years of experience crafting clear and concise messaging across internal and external teams.
- At least 5 years of experience supporting and owning key parts of the digital and operations strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Marketing
- At least 7 years of experience collaborating with team and company leadership, and managing strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate, partner, and influence across marketing verticals, company departments, and third-party agencies and vendors.
- At least 7 years of experience managing marketing strategies and running campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Riverwoods, IL: $106,700 - $121,700 for Principal Associate, Market Research
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
