Amazon is seeking an exceptionally bright, multitasking and self-motivated individual to support the Director of the Corporate HR Partner organization. This exciting role requires superior attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, great organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is important, as is a good sense of humor. The candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage multiple complex calendars and scheduling requirements
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and following up on action items
- Manage group logistics
- Coordinate travel
- Participate in planning of events
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives
- Work with other assistants throughout the company

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of executive assistant experience
- Experience handling administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
- Experience working with large global teams
- Experience with work space planning/management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience with end-to-end project management

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
