Job Description
The Float Pool offers flexible staffing across multiple healthcare facilities. Nurses in this pool must be highly skilled, capable of handling a full scope of patient care independently. Candidates should be adaptable and able to work across various units and settings within the network.
Responsibilities
- Support med/tele and med/surg units across all facilities.
- Provide care independently without additional support.
- Prepare to float between various units, including emergency departments and critical access hospitals.
- Adapt quickly to the needs of each facility.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Must possess a valid nursing license.
- Experience in med/tele, emergency departments, or critical care is preferred depending on the assigned float pool.
